What we collect
Your signup form fields and your plan. In full: your email address; your first name, if you choose to give it; how many people are in your group; which days you plan to go out; where you are based that weekend; how your group is getting between wineries; your answer to the carpool question and how many seats you could offer, if you answer it; the wineries you added to your day, your start time, and your time per stop; and your confirmation that you are 21 or older. We record when you agreed to these email terms and which version of the wording you saw.
This placeholder page has no form and collects nothing. There is no phone field and no SMS. There are no accounts and no logins.
Why we collect it
To email your plan and your weekend briefs, and to research ways to connect vineyards with visitors—Vine to Vine. That is the whole reason.
Who sees it
You, and the founder of Vine to Vine. Individual data is never sold or shared with wineries, other visitors, or advertisers. Aggregated, anonymous stats, never names or contact info, may be shared with local wine and tourism organizations.
Where it lives
Supabase and MailerLite, US data centers.
How long we keep it
Retention: party-level data deleted by 2027-06-30 except emails of people who opted into shuttle updates.
Deleting your data
To have your data deleted, reply to any email or write to hello@govinetovine.com and we'll delete you within 7 days. That address is linked in the menu above and in the contact line below.
What we don’t do
No selling or renting your information. No sharing your individual answers with wineries, other visitors, or advertisers. No text messages. No ad retargeting from your email address. No third-party analytics on this page.
